We are based and process orders in County Durham the North East of England.

 

Our Business working week is Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.

Our affiliated delivery service is Royal mail with Tracked, First and Second class postage available. Tracking information is only available on Royal Mail Tracked Postage. 

We process orders on working days which are Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed on the Monday/Tuesday of the following week.

Delivery is estimated by Royal Mail to be around 2-6 working days once the item has been processed. (Excluding any unforeseen delays).

Custom items can take up to 14 days to make and process prior to shipping as we make all custom goods in house. Most items are sent within a few days but just in case of any unforeseen hiccups we would prefer you to allow a little time.

Should a delivery not arrive within 14 days from date of order please do not hesitate to drop us a friendly message with your Order number, Date of Order and name.
